Office Policies
- Missed Appointments: A $50 no-show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call us ahead of time if you need to cancel or reschedule — we appreciate your consideration!
- Returned Checks: A $35 fee applies to any check returned by the bank.
- Self-Pay Patients: If you are paying out-of-pocket (without insurance), full payment is due at the time of your visit. We do not send billing statements for self-pay visits.
